Our Process
No surprises, no vague scopes. Here's exactly how a project runs from your first call to the final walkthrough.
Call or Request an Estimate
Call (360) 338-2000 or send your project details and a few photos through the estimate form — you'll hear back the same day.
On-Site Walkthrough & Quote
We look at the actual scope in person, talk through color and product options, and provide a clear, itemized quote — no vague allowances or hidden add-ons.
Schedule the Work
Once you approve the quote, we lock in a start date and walk you through what to expect day-to-day.
Prep
Pressure washing, scraping, sanding, caulking, rotted wood replacement, priming bare or worn areas, and masking — the unglamorous work that determines how long the finish actually lasts.
Paint or Stain
Premium Sherwin-Williams products applied by spray and back-roll for full, even coverage, with multiple coats where the spec calls for it, and daily site cleanup — no mess left sitting overnight.
Final Walkthrough
We walk the finished job with you before calling it done, and handle any touch-ups on the spot. We hold every job to the Painting Contractors Association (PCA) standard for a properly painted surface: uniform in color, texture, hiding, and sheen, with no drips, holidays, or overspray visible without magnification from 39 inches under normal lighting.
